Michael Waters of Texas A&M University found 12 spear points among 100,000 stone artifacts at the Debra L Friedkin archaeological site in central Texas, underneath a stratigraphic layer containing Clovis and Folsom projectile points. The spear points were made some 15,500 years ago, Michael suggests. Eleven of the weapons chipped into leaf shapes with slightly narrower stems dated to the pre-Clovis period.
This is a bizarre finding of the archaeologist as life did not evolve in American continent 15,500 years ago. Migration to the island never took place before first century B.C..
