Unesco heritage sites at Speicherstadt and Kontor-haus with Chile-haus are a part of the port city of Ham-burg; According to Unesco, ‘Spiecherstadt originally developed on a group of narrow islands in the Elbe River between 1885 and 1927 was partly rebuilt from 1949 to 1967, It is one of the largest coherent historic ensembles port warehouses in the world(300,000 m2). It includes 15 very large warehouse blocks as well as six ancillary buildings and a connecting network of short canals….’.
Though there is absolutely no doubt that the ancient migrants who settled around today’s Ham-burg port city came from the plains of the ancient Elbe River(Alaba) also known as Sappini river; name Spiecher-stadt has been derived from the name of Soppor, an ancient port in the region of Alburg or Alaba. The name of ‘Chila’ builds a historic link among few countries of the world which are connected with the bird in this name. Name Chile identifies a bird and ancient migrants picked up this bird with them from their original settlements to their unknown distant destinations. This bird even today is recognised in its natural original habitat in the name of ‘Chila’; and –haus as before is identified with ‘uas’(in Odiya language) means ‘palace’; it is very interesting to see that a condor is the national bird of Chile.
It is incorrect to translate Chila as ‘Vulture’ in English; it is still incorrect to place this bird’s genus Gymnogyps spreadiong in America during the Pleistocene epoch, an imaginary geological time frame of some scholars; it seems that some ancient migrant groups carried this bird with them to help them identifying a destination for them,
The Latin vulture or voltur from which ‘vulture’ has been derived marks ‘Bhartu/Bharta’ as same as Bharat; the Greek word γρυπός (grupós, “hook-nosed”) identifies a ‘place-name’ . Scholars argue that the word ‘condor’ has been derived from the Quechua kuntur; while the former means ‘Kokua’, name of a ‘bird’ whose voice is associated with ‘fear’, the latter is a place-name like Kanti(Kontor of the heritage site)which was visited by Alexander during his campaign against India.
Andean condor, Argentine condor, Bolivian condor, Chileans condor, Colombian condor, Ecuadorian condor, Californian condor, and Peruvian condor collectively mark a single original homeland of the migrants who settled in these countries.
