Etruscan civilization as scholars think is not linked either to the present Europe, or to the Middle East or to the modern Greece. It does not share the Mediterranean soil at all in which modern day scholarship finds its basin to give birth to other civilizations. To search clues from the fragments of stones to ‘construct’ Etruscan history is to bury its history for all times to come; as some authors feels that Etruscan culture still continues even today may be right, if we take it for granted that human history continues to live even after its ‘first land’- identity collapsed after the Flood from where ancient migration started. ‘Whole’ of Europe is the ‘Second Settlement’ after the Great Flood.
When Etruscan’s past does not live in Europe, how the sites at, such as Cerveteri or Volterra, can establish with certainty the presence of Etruscans in present-day Tunisia. It is very surprising to see that a local stone is a limestone known as macco; this is the name of the ancient land of the Baktrians, and is identified with God Makkeswara, which identifies ancient Mecca itself. This is the wonder of human’s faith in God that does not change with time.
‘Etruscans outside Etruria’, or ‘The Etruscans in the Mediterranean’ or ‘The Etruscans in Europe’ collectively do not pinpoint or discover the ancient land of the Etruscans which identifies the river Indus on whose bank these people lived before the Flood. While Etruria identifies ancient Uttara, Etruscan identifies the ancient Herat along with Takka who were the just neighbours of Caesarea, and Atalia on their north. But Tuscany is as same as Toshali which is again neighbourly to Uttara and Sisupala.
It is very interesting to read scholars who see the ancient Etruscans in the present day Veneto, in the Lepontine and Raetian Regions, in Liguria, on the Po Plain, in Umbria, in Picenum, in Lazio, in Campania, in Lucania, in Apulia, in Calabria, on Corsica, in Sardinia, and in the modern Sicily. Po plain, and Campania are considered by scholars as two colonies of the Etruscans. Pliny’s description of the Po Valley here has not been seriously studied. Po identifies the Pei-to Tree, or the Tree of Wisdom which was in Basil or Vaisali in Caesarea.
Tyrrhenian Sea’s geographical identity with Torihan Sea, or with Erythraean Sea has been left out as a result of which Etruscans’ border find its extension towards north and south. Umbria which was the capital of these people again marks Volsinii; the latter is as same as Vaisali itself, and Umbria is identified with Amba(name of a deity also), or Amba-grama(mango-grove) near it.
Ancient Italic peoples were never related with the Etruscans; simply they were neighbours to each other and were very close to the seat of royal palace at Caesarea. To see Etruscans as same as or related to Sabines or Samnites, is again incorrect. But when Porsenna is aeen as a King of Rome, who was already a King of Chiusi, it is really very surprising; because Porsenna is identical with King Pasenadi(in Pali) and Prasenjit(in Sanskrit) of Kosala, or Caesarea; here Chiusi is same as Kasi, and the latter is always seen through Kosala, and the name kingdom is pronounced as Kasi-Kosala. King Prasenjit was king of kasi-Kosala in 6th c B.C. during the time of the Buddha. He met the Buddha many times for counselling.
Old Brahmi Inscriptions of Udayagiri and Khandagiri mention names of Tanu-Sulya- Wata in the 6th line, perhaps, refers to the Wat kingdom which the pilgrim visited in 7th c A.D.
Pali literature takes the name of Atula, and finds a Naga King, a physician in this name; and puts Atuma as name of a town. It also sees Utta, a Thera of Jetavana, who lived during the time of King Pasendadi of Kosala.
Name of Uttara in Pali finds it in many ways, and its use shows that this place was very famous in ancient times. The most important mention comes when it is seen as name of a city in which Mangala Buddha was born, and where King Arindama ruled and where Revata Buddha preached to its king and to all its people.
