Albania’s archaeologist Iris Pojani of Tirana University claims that excavations of an ancient burial site containing layers of 1000 burials in south-eastern part of the present Albania(Korca) dates to Iron Age is nothing but a myth. She also says to have found different objects from the site like medieval wooden caskets and clothes made with silver thread; jewellery such as rings, bracelets, earrings, and amber and glass beads; gold coins; and weapons such as spears, daggers, knives, and swords.
