Mostafa al-Waziri of the Supreme Council of Antiquities’ attempt to find everything as written for the ancient Egypt to showcase for the modern Egypt finds ancient Nile River as same as the present Nile river.

Ancient Nile refers to the ‘Blue’ Lotus producing river in ancient Kashmir region; there was other regions which were producing white and red lotuses also; Paundravardhan was famous for the white lotus. Homer’s epics mention how Ulysses arrived in the Lotus island that harms one’s memory on home and family. It was not part of a fairy tale; it was a real place then at the centre of the earth region. Ancient Egypt was neighbourly to this region. Mr Waziri is wrong in his attempt to show ancient Egypt as same as the modern Egypt. This will   not help in reviving its ancient glory.
