Indian puranas know a wonderful group of people of their time to whom they called ‘Ha’, ‘Ha’, ‘Hi’, ‘Hi’ and ‘Hu’, ‘Hu’; these are names of ‘typical human voice’ which are associated with ‘human pains’. These sounds identify the climatic severity of the region where these houseless people survived in open areas and lived mostly in caves and tree-trunks. They were wandering tribes, and were uttering these painful words in the time of strong cold winds. In spite of such adverse situation where volcanic presence has been versified, these people who were then collectively called in one name ‘Hari’, never left their homeland. Because it was Gods’ land and they were God’s people. ‘Hari’ is another name of God Vishnu.
Word ‘Hebrew’ has been derived from the name of the land of the ‘Hari’ people, ‘Hari-varsha’.
