Goias is a colonised mining land in central Brazil; the river that passes through it s called Rio Vermelho ; the Church here is known as church of Rosario and parish church of Santana now the palace of the Governor. The nearby hills are known Chapeu do Padre and Praca do Chafariz; the place came to the knowledge after an exploration by official expedition locally called banderia.
Name Goias does not differ either by sound or by meaning from the ancient Gaya whose biblical name is Gallilee and whose people were known then as Gollas. Both Praca and Padre originated from Praci or from Baku and Badri as both of them are geographically related anciently to one and the same place identified with and were situated at the foot of Mt Imaos. It seems Vermelho refers to ‘brahmah’ or ‘bhramah’. The vernacular origin of names mark to the place ‘Buz’ or ‘Vrijj’ or ‘vacca’.
