According to Unesco, ‘Quedlinburg, in the State of Sachsen-Anhalt, was a capital of the East Franconian German Empire at the time of the Saxonian-Ottonian ruling dynasty (919 to 1024)’.
Quendlinburg town is situated to the north of Harz mountains in the district of Harz; its existence is read through early 9th c A.D. only. At this time of history it was known as a settlement of Gross Order means Ghos Oder on the eastern bank of the River Bode, and the latter identifies its root in ‘Bauda’ means ‘Buddha’. It was first mentioned in 922 which confirms to the starting period of ancient migration. Its link with King Henry identifies the royal house with Han ancient Han dynasty, and name Vogler means ‘Vyaghra’ that refers to Tiger’, name of a place, name of a deity, and name of a river also. The name Corvey significantly identifies River Kavery and Kabi people.
According to lines of history, Henry had been given the German Crown at Quedlin-burg in 919 A.D. by Franconian nobles which announced the birth of German Reich. It is very interesting to read that Saint Matilda founded the religious community for women on the castle hill. Name Matilda is as same as ancient Mathura, which was known to Chinese pilgrims as Matiapada, the other name for ancient Maithili or Mytilene of the Bible. It was known to puranas and history as Women’s Country. Quedlin’s root is in ‘Kedar’ that identifies its great historic significance through all ancient texts and it means ‘corn fields’. This name is well attached to Cadmus of the Greeks and Abraham of the Bible. An Imperial Pfalz identifies itself with ‘vajra’ means ‘Thunder’. It show that the Saxon Emperors were anciently connected with the Thunder God and the ‘Seat of Thunder’. Catholic Church of St Wiperti makes its historic identity visible through its root Wi-perti or Wi-vati; it means the country of ‘Wi’. It does not identify the Iberians or the Abiois or the Abhiras. It simultaneously means ‘Aparti’ of Odiya language that identifies ‘a person who is not a first-born’.
Meaning of German ‘Reich’ needs an explanation as it is historically connected with German Crown. The word’s root is in ‘raksha’ means ‘to protect’ or ‘save’. A king is called ‘rakshak’ or ‘he who protects other’. Thus is identifies a demarcated region and its ruler’
